Trend Micro OfficeScan Web Console Dropdown Buttons Aren’t Working

In the Trend Micro OfficeScan web console, when I click Networked Computers -> Client Management, then click on Tasks, Settings, Logs or Manage Client Tree, the buttons don’t work. The Status button does work though, so it just seems to be the buttons with a dropdown menu.

I tried restarting Internet Explorer with no luck and also tried Firefox (which wasn’t supported by Trend Micro’s OfficeScan web console). I managed to fix the error by using a different version of Internet Explorer (IE10).
