You may find that the option to print colour is not available when using the Ricoh Universal Print Driver. To fix this and make the Ricoh universal print driver print in colour:
- Edit the properties of the driver (typically on your print server, so it effects all users)
- Go to the Accessories tab
- Under Select Model, change the model to the type of printer you are using (or the most common type in your environment with the most features, if you are using the Ricoh universal print driver for many different models)
- Click OK
The Ricoh universal print driver should now allow users to print in colour.
Be aware however, that if you change the universal print driver to a model that has less features than the Ricoh printers in your environment, users will not be able to use the additional features.
