When trying to do a file level restore (Guest – Windows) in Veeam Backup and Replication, I get the following error and the restore fails:

No disks have been mounted. Either disks of this type aren’t supported or some error occured. See log file for details.
To fix the issue with Veeam reporting that no disks have been mounted, simply restart the server running Veeam Backup and Replication.
