When you enter license details into the Dolphin Update Service, you hit Next but nothing happens. This is because Dolphin Imaging can’t connect to the internet. This might be because you are using a proxy server. To enter proxy server details into Dolphin Imaging:
- Open the Dolphin.ini file (typically located in C:\Windows\Dolphin.ini)
- Add (or edit, if it’s already there) the following code above the [Environment] section:
Substitute ProxyServerName with the name of the proxy server you are using and ProxyPortNumber with the port number used by the proxy server.
