Avocado Marmite Spread

This is a great healthy recipe for a spread that can be used on toast or as a dip. To make Avocado-Marmite Spread simply mix an avocado with a spoonful of marmite and add a diced sun-dried tomato (optional) and a clove of grushed garlic (optional).

I like this recipe because its a really healthy snack. It can be used as a dip for nachos or you can have it as a light lunch on toast.

  1. you might need to change this one! the country has been run dry of its stock of marmite 🙁 heheheh I’d suggest vegemite but the australians make filthy, disgusting stuff 😉 (not that i’m biased or anything….)

    • Vegemite is the tofu of the marmite world 😆

      It’s ok, I’m even biased about marmite brands 😛 Have you tried the My Mate one? It’s tonnes better than the Sanitarium brand 😛
