When you setup an FTP server in IIS 7.5, you can set it so that the FTP URL points to a dirrectent folder for each user login. If you setup an FTP user, you may get the following error when they try to connect to the FTP server:
530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.
To fix this, make sure that the user has a directory setup in the FTP folder location. This directory should have the same name as the user account – note that the user account name is not the same as the user account login name 😉
The user must also have the appropriate permission to access the folder.
